Firm Administrator
Deb joined MAC LLP in 2013 as Human Resources Manager. Deb brought with her a combined 25 years of support and management experience working at a law firm in Toronto and at a national accounting firm.
Since joining MAC, Deb has grown immensely right alongside the firm, where her current role is Firm Administrator. Deb has used her 25+ years of Human Resources experience to mentor employees in their growth and career journeys, helping countless individuals to achieve their goals in their chosen field. Deb also works alongside the partners and management team to provide implementation and direction of the firm’s strategic plan. Through her passion of supporting and assisting others, Deb has built strong relationships in every area of our firm.
Away from MAC you can find Deb spending time with her husband, two children and her grandson, either at home, at her cabin in Minden or relaxing on the beach in Tobermory.
